About the Role

Our Team is growing, and we need ENERGETIC TRAINERS to help pave the road for our new hires for success!

Responsibilities

  • Hosting the TalentPop Training Classes via Zoom calls and being able to discuss the topics included in the training outline. This role would require you to speak and be on Zoom with your camera open 50-70% of your shift.
  • Training the newly hired agents on Company Policies, Guidelines, Tools/Software, Resources, and other relevant topics would help the newly hired employees prepare for the new role.
  • Training our current team members, focusing on relevant topics to maintain and improve their skills.
  • Hosting the Onboarding Week training and determining the candidates who will advance in the application process based on their performance during the training and assessment.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for each participant in the training program, closely collaborating with the team lead to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of their knowledge and skills.
  • Hosting one-on-one and group training sessions via Zoom calls with the agents on different topics related to Email Marketing, SEO, building/maintaining eCommerce Website, Data Analytics/Reporting, Customer Service etc. 
  • Creating new training materials and developing a training plan for the agents on different software and topics relevant to their roles.

Ideal Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in eCommerce 
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and other app/tools related to Email Marketing,  eCommerce Website, Data Analytics/Reporting (Experience in Klaviyo + Shopify is an required.)
  • Has experience with using Canva, Trainual App, Loom (not required but is preferred!) 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Possesses exceptional coaching skills
  • Possesses exceptional planning and organizing skills
  • Has excellent attention to detail skills
  • Someone who is a self-starter and can motivate others
  • Someone who is high-energy and can effectively engage with others
  • Someone who knows how to properly communicate through Gmail and Slack.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Training experience
  • 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (20 mbps minimum). 
  • Back internet connection is required (For backup internet, required speed should be at least 15 mbps)
