About the Role

We are one of the fastest-growing agencies in the E-commerce space that actively helps over 500 E-Commerce Brands including Core Power Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Jaxxon put together an excellent solution for their customer service needs by leveraging the best customer service talent from all around the world. We are experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and are looking for the best-in-class Operations Specialist to join our team and support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the TalentPop Processes
  • Jump on calls with the department heads to understand processes and SOPs of each department
  • Become proficient with Automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Zapier)
  • Creating organized documentation of automations per department
  • Troubleshooting both HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations to resolve an automation error
  • Maintaining/optimizing existing automations
  • Developing/updating SOP that can be utilized when a new SOP is rolled out
  • Administrative/onboarding support the Operations of TalentPop
  • Optimizing/suggesting modifications to existing processes
  • Additional administrative task to support team as needed

  • Familiarity with Hubspot & Hubspot Workflows (not required but a BIG BONUS)

  • Familiarity with Instantly.ai
  • An understanding of the E-Commerce industry
  • Solutions Driven

Qualifications

  • Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor or higher
  • Stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
  • Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets/Excel
  • Strong attention to detail (We are dealing with lots of data!)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • STRONG problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of and a love for sales & sales processes
  • PASSION for learning — willingness to learn every day, with a passion specifically for diving into new software
  • Ability to understand complex ideas and automated processes
