About the Role
At TalentPop, we specifically focus on working with leading E-Commerce companies to provide a White-Glove Solution to their Customer Experience needs. Currently partnered with huge E-Comm providers like Gorgias, Attentive, and Route. TalentPop is experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and is looking for best-in-class Sales Developement Representative to join our team and spread the word on our solution! YOUR MISSION AT TALENTPOP: Educate the E-Commerce marketplace on why TalentPop is the best-in-class customer service solution for E-Commerce businesses. You’ll reach out to E-Commerce brands in our addressable market to educated them on TalentPop’s Service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Cold Calls to E-commerce brands that are in market for TalentPop’s service offerings to generate demo calls for our Account Executive team (Commissions!)
- Send prospects email sequences to generate demo calls for our Account Executive team (Commissions!)
- Respond to incoming inquiries and questions from prospective brands interested in learning about TalentPop quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a professional and engaging communication style to encourage interest
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during interactions
- Create and update Deals in Hubspot, ensuring all necessary information is filled out properly

Qualifications
- Outbound Sales experience is required.
- Meeting booking experience is required
- Internet Requirements
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection is required (15 Mbps minimum).
- Backup internet connection is required (For backup internet, the required speed should be at least 10 Mbps).
