Applying & Interviews

How can I reschedule my interview?

We understand that emergencies come up! To ensure that our recruitment process is fair, we allow up to one reschedule for our interviews. Please reach out to your scheduled interviewer via email as soon as possible for next steps.

I haven’t received the results from my interview, can I have an update on my status?

Of course! Please note that our timeline from the end of your interview to following up takes 2-24 hours. If you have been waiting for over a day, please reach out to the recruitment team member that interviewed you via email.

Can I re-apply at TalentPop?

Yes. We allow all agents who have previously interviewed with us to apply again 90 days after their most recent application.

Is it possible for me to apply for multiple positions concurrently during the application process?

Yes! You can apply to any of our open roles concurrently if you meet the requirements for each position. Please note that we will only accept one application per role every 90 days.

Requirements

What are the requirements to work at TalentPop?

Each of our requirements depend on the open position you are applying for. Generally, we ask that all of our applicants have at least one year of experience relevant to the position they are applying to, a reliable work-from-home setup, sufficient technical capabilities, and relevant software experience.

What are the internet/technical/device setup requirements to work with TalentPop?

We require an internet speed of at least 15 Mbps and a hardware requirement of Core i5 or ryzen 3 with at least 4GB RAM or equivalent system specifications. We also ask that all of our candidates have a reliable power source and a backup location in case your primary source experiences an outage. Alongside this we require a personally owned laptop/PC device and suitable work from home setup.

Referrals

Am I allowed to refer my family members for potential positions?

Yes! We encourage you to refer anyone that you see to be a potential great fit with TalentPop.

How do I refer someone to work with TalentPop?

Anyone interested in applying at TalentPop will need to complete an application for their desired position (please see our open positions HERE). To refer someone to work at TalentPop, make sure that your referral fills out your name in the “Referred By” field. You will also need to fill out the TalentPop Referral Box with information regarding your referral.

How does the TalentPop Referral Bonus work?

If a referred agent is hired on and actively working for more than 90 days with TalentPop, the agent who is credited with the referral will receive a $50 bonus, which will be paid out on their paycheck. Agents are welcome to refer as many people as they wish!

How long does it take to get paired with a client?

On average, our client pairing process takes about 2-4 weeks to be paired with your perfect client. This timeline may vary depending on different factors such as the time of year and the clients we are working with at the time!

What are the benefits offered at TalentPop?

We offer a wide variety of different benefits including Healthcare coverage, Paid Time Off (PTO), TalentPop Swag, development opportunities, and much more! We would be more than happy to explain these benefits in detail as you interview with us.

How do the day-to-day responsibilities of a voice blended role differ from those of a non-voice role?

Many of the duties of our roles vary depending on the client you are paired with. Typically a voice blended role includes multiple duties including phone calls. Our non-voice roles still include multiple duties but do not include phone calls.

Is the Onboarding Week Training Program compensated?

Onboarding week is not compensated on an hourly basis. With this being said, we offer a $50 bonus to be added on your first paycheck once paired with a client as compensation for time spent during the training.

What is the pace of promotions like at TalentPop?

Here at TalentPop, we absolutely love seeing our team grow professionally and alongside our clients! Our pace of promotion varies depending on many factors such as the client you work with, performance in your role, and opportunities available at the time.

If my contract with a client concludes, will I still be considered at TalentPop?

Yes. As long as you are in good standing with TalentPop, we will always dedicate ourselves to finding you the perfect client match. Although this situation is never something we hope for, we have multiple processes in place to help further match you with another client that fits your preferences.
