Our Team is growing, and we need ENERGETIC TRAINERS to help pave the road for our new hires for success!
Responsibilities
- Hosting the TalentPop Training Classes via Zoom calls and being able to discuss the topics included in the training outline. This role would require you to speak and be on Zoom with your camera open 50-70% of your shift.
- Training the newly hired agents on Company Policies, Guidelines, Tools/Software, Resources, and other relevant topics would help the newly hired employees prepare for the new role.
- Training our current team members, focusing on relevant topics to maintain and improve their skills.
- Hosting the Onboarding Week training and determining the candidates who will advance in the application process based on their performance during the training and assessment.
- Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for each participant in the training program, closely collaborating with the team lead to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of their knowledge and skills.
- Hosting one-on-one and group training sessions via Zoom calls with the agents on different tools/software e.g. Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Re: Amaze, Freshdesk, etc.
- Creating new training materials and developing a training plan for the agents on different software and topics relevant to their roles.
Ideal Skills
- Experienced in at least two to three of the following eCommerce tools/software: Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re:Amaze, etc
- Knowledge and experience in eCommerce
- Familiar with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM tools.
- Has experience with using Canva, Trainual App, and Loom (not required but is preferred!)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possesses exceptional coaching skills
- Possesses exceptional planning and organizing skills
- Has excellent attention to detail skills
- Someone who is a self-starter and can motivate others
- Someone who is high-energy and can effectively engage with others
- Someone who knows how to communicate through Gmail and Slack properly.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Customer Service Training experience
- 3-5 years of BPO experience in the Customer Service Industry
- 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
- Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor or higher
- Stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
- A backup power and internet connection
