About the Role

Responsibilities
- Screen candidates' applications by reviewing and evaluating their resumes, experience, cover letters, etc.
- Conduct initial interviews via Zoom with prospective candidates.
- Manage inbound emails from candidates and our internal team members.
- Manage internal communication among TalentPop team members in our team communication channel, Slack.
- Develop a fundamental understanding of the software we operate, which are not limited to Hubspot, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.
- Actively participate and contribute in team meetings.
- Assist with building SOPs and training to help with the new hire's training process.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment managers and recruitment assistants to align recruitment needs.
Ideal Skills
Qualifications
- 1 year of recruitment experience (minimum)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in the BPO industry (minimum)
- Experience/understanding of E-Commerce
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to inspire others.
- High-energy and effective in engaging with others.
- Proficiency in communication via Gmail and Slack.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
Internet and Device Requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (20 mbps minimum).
- Back internet connection is required (For backup internet, the required speed should be at least 10 mbps).
- A working camera and good noise-cancelling headphones are required.
- All applicants will be required to send the most recent speedtest for approval for both their primary and backup internet connections.
Note: If your internet connection speed is lower than 20 Mbps or you do not have a backup internet connection available, you will be required to set this up prior to working with us. Failure to have a backup internet source is a violation of our internal Policy and may result in termination.
