About the Role

Talentpop is one of the fastest-growing agencies in the E-commerce space that actively helps over 600 E-Commerce Brands including Core Power Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Jaxxon put together an excellent solution for their Customer Service needs by leveraging the best Customer Service talent from all around the world. We are experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and are looking for Junior People Operations Specialists to join our team. A Junior People Operations Specialists will be primarily responsible for researching, and proposing improvements and changes within our organization. Additionally, the role will play a key role in creating and implementing employee engagement programs and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on People Operations processes, identify, and address inefficiencies, and propose an innovative solution to the HR department and stakeholders.
  • Initiate activities and create informative posts to encourage employee engagement through Slack channels 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on engagement metrics, survey results, and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to align process improvements with engagement goals.
  • Performs other applicable functions that may be assigned by the People Operations Lead, Department Manager, and  the Founders of TalentPop.

Ideal Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or Human Resource Management
  • Has worked, and has deep knowledge of the BPO industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the HR department
  • Knowledge and previous experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and facilitation of company initiatives and activities
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications specifically Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Someone who is high-energy and can effectively engage with others
  • Someone who knows how to properly communicate through Gmail and Slack

Qualifications

  • Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 5 or Core i5 processor or higher
  • Stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
  • A backup power and internet connection
