About the Role

We're looking for a best-in-class Onboarding Specialists to join our team and support our clients!

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding newly hired agents which includes communicating company and position details and assisting them with becoming 100% with their new role until their start date. 
  • Assists the newly hired agents with completing the Onboarding Checklist and participating in all the Live Training that the newly hired agents need to complete. 
  • Works closely with the Customer Success Manager and is able to provide all the assistance they need in order to onboard a new agent and client. 
  • Communicates with the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager regarding the onboarding of the newly hired agent and makes sure they are looped in with all the updates regarding the onboarding process. 
  • Communicates with the client if necessary and be able to provide assistance with onboarding the new client. 

Ideal Skills

  • Experienced in any of the following eCommerce tools/software: Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re:Amaze, Freshdesk, etc. (not required but is preferred!)
  • Knowledge and experience in eCommerce 
  • Familiar with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM tools. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Possesses exceptional coaching skills
  • Possesses exceptional planning and organizing skills
  • Has excellent attention to detail skills
  • Someone who is a self-starter and can motivate others
  • Someone who is high-energy and can effectively engage with others
  • Someone who knows how to properly communicate through Gmail and Slack.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Onboarding experience
  • 3-5 years of BPO experience in the Customer Service Industry
  • 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (20 mbps minimum). 
  • Back internet connection is required (For backup internet, required speed should be at least 10 mbps).
  • All agents will be required to send the most recent speedtest to your Team Leader for Approval for both your Primary and Backup Internet Connections.
