About the Role
TalentPop is one of the fastest-growing agencies in the E-commerce space that actively helps over 600 E-Commerce Brands including Core Power Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Jaxxon put together an excellent solution for their Customer Service needs by leveraging the best Customer Service talent from all around the world. We are experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and are looking for HR associates in the Philippines to join our team. A Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the member’s life cycle within an organization. Its primary function is to support the organization’s workforce and ensure that the organization effectively utilizes its human capital to achieve its goals and objectives. The HR department plays a pivotal role in managing the organization’s most valuable asset—its people. By focusing on member development, and ensuring a positive work environment, HR contributes to the success and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handles various administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for the HR team.
- Member Records Maintenance: Is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Jamaican member records. Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Member Benefits Administration: Ensure the effective management and implementation of benefits plans, including health insurance, swag kits, and other member perks. This position serves as the primary point of contact for Jamaican member inquiries related to benefits programs.
- Member Relations: Fosters positive relationships between Jamaican members and TalentPop. This role is also tasked to create a harmonious and productive work environment by addressing member concerns, conflicts, and grievances. This includes resolving disputes, counseling Jamaican members and managers, and mediating conflicts to maintain a healthy workplace atmosphere.
- Member Engagement: Builds a strong, active, and committed TalentPop community by encouraging team members to participate, provide engagement feedback and improve member retention.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Involved in various HR projects or initiatives, such as assisting with Jamaican member engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, or HR system implementations. Senior Human Resources Generalist - Jamaica will also provide support by assisting in research, data collection, and project coordination.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyze benefits data, such as utilization, costs, and Jamaican team satisfaction surveys, to identify trends and provide insights for program improvements. Generate reports and metrics related to benefits participation, costs, and compliance for management and executive teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or Human Resource Management
- 4-5 years experience as HR Generalist in a BPO setting
- Knowledge with general HR processes
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications specifically Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva
- Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 5 or Core i5 processor or higher
- Stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
- A backup power and internet connection
