During her time as an undergraduate, she discovered a passion for leadership through involvement in various roles within her sorority chapter Kappa Kappa Gamma. Boasting over ten years of working experience in various fields such as food & beverage, retail, business services, and now e-commerce, she has experienced it all when it comes to the world of customer service.
