    The onboarding was very smooth and (our Customer Success Manager) Andrew is great! Sabrina, our customer service rep, has been fantastic. Especially at a company our size where we still don’t have a dedicated Customer Success Team where they’re hyper-focused on this kind of stuff, it helps to have people like Andrew on it… setting up the meetings and being proactive with communication and things like that.
