    We have a very highly educational product and it’s a very difficult product to service the customer for and I think all of the agents that we have have just done a phenomenal job in going above and beyond and actually caring about the product and our community members… We’ve seen phenomenal CSAT scores, we’re constantly above a 4.8 which is great!
