Job Responsibilities:

  • Admin
    • Updates and maintains the company’s Organizational Structure 
    • Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
    • Maintains and updates Hubstaff and Slack, including but not limited to sending invites to new hire and deactivation or deletion of separated members
  • Employee Relations
    • Supports the establishment of company policies
    • Creates, maintains and ensure to keep the company SOPs up to date
    • Monitors and tracks the Incident Reports, Warning issuances and documentation
    • Attends administrative hearing
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Payroll and Billing
  • Supports and assists the HR Team in the implementation of Human Resource activities 
  • Supports the establishment of company policies, SOPs and Organizational Structure & Development
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
  • Processes documentation and prepares reports relating to personnel activities
    • Employee Master List
    • Organizational Chart
    • Billing Reports
  • Supports the Company’s Compensation and Benefits Initiative
    • Health Care Coverage
  • Supports the HR Team on Monthly Town Hall Preparations & Executions
  • Supports in maintaining Hubstaff (Agent HR Management System)
    • Inviting of New Members
    • Deletion of Separated Members
    • Maintenance of Hubstaff
  • Supports in doing Employee Check-in Calls and Administrative functions
  • Swag Kits Management


  • A graduate of BS/AB in Psychology or BS in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development
  • With 1-4 Yrs experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Has relevant work experience in general HR is an advantage
  • Has Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has experience with Canva, Hubstaff, G-Suite, Hubspot is a plus.
  • Works with integrity and can work well under pressure
  • Must be keen attention to detail and can work with less supervision
  • Able to provide actionable HR best practices initiatives
  • Willing to work on a US Pacific Time
  • Experience in the E-Commerce industry is a plus
  • Interested in a long-term and full-time position with growth opportunities
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and backup power plan
Internet Requirements:
  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required – LAN connection required (10 mbps minimum). 
  • Back internet connection is required (required speed for backup should be at least 5mbps).
Hardware Requirements: 
  • Minimum of Core i3 or ryzen 3 with at least 4GB RAM or equivalent system specifications.
  • Desktop/Laptop PC only (no tablets or smartphones allowed for working tools).
Power Requirements:
  • Must have a reliable power source with minimal power outages
  • Having a backup power source is also highly recommended (e.g generator, Portable power station). 
  • Having a backup location you can go to during a power outage (family member’s house, friend’s house, internet cafe, or a co-working space) is required for all TalentPop Team members
